Below is a list of my plays that are currently available for production. I've included a brief production history and description of each play. For the two-act plays, I've created a more detailed synopsis, which you can read by clicking on the name of the play.

TWO-ACT PLAYS

The Polyandry Question  (click on the link for a longer synopsis) is Dan's most popular and widely produced play. With a mix of drama, comedy, and edge-of-your-seat suspense, the ending is sure to surprise anyone.

The Other Side of Tomorrow (click on the link for a longer synopsis) is a touching, funny, thought-provoking drama about an aging writer adjusting to a new life.

BLONDES (click on the link for a longer synopsis) is the comedic tale of four male friends on a weekend getaway in a remote cabin that is interrupted by the presence of their female neighbors.

ONE-ACT PLAYS

 

A SPARKLE IN THE SKY is a slap-stick comedy about a young man considering marriage, and the hilarious people and predicaments he encounters during his soul-searching.

SANDRA'S SECRET is a mystery about a man searching for his missing wife, who has run away after catching him with another woman. But during his search, he soon discovers that his life with her was not what it seemed.

SATURDAYS is a comedy-drama about a man so obsessed with his job he can't stop talking about it

 MURDER MYSTERY PLAYS

Both murder mysteries listed below run about 75 minutes if performed without interruption. When performed with breaks for eating and time for the audience to interact with the characters, both plays fill up a three-hour evening.

Both plays have received numerous productions for a variety of functions, including private parties, fund raisers, and public performances in restaurants.

THE GOOD DOCTOR Dr. Steven Spankjoy has made a lot of enemies, including his macabre wife, his sexy lover (who is posing as his nurse), and his billionaire (and completely psychotic) patient. When Spankjoy is murdered in the dark at his own dinner party, the mystery and laughs heat up.  

THE AMERICAN PRINCE Everyone wants a piece of Mr. MoneyBags' fortune. At his 90th birthday party, a big game hunter, a Russian fashion model, and others compete for the old man's attention (and ultimately his money). But when the old man reveals that he is leaving his entire estate to his long-lost son, his son is shot in the darkness and everyone is a suspect.
